As we work in two phases (i.e. Phase 1 is when we launch a business & Phase 2 is when we provide the on-going support facilities to that new business), our company is led by a wonderful mixture of hugely successful recruiters, business leaders and support professionals.

SSG was created in 2003 by a small group of key professionals led by David Jones (a proven recruitment entrepreneur who had already sold his own thriving recruitment business in a significant multi-million pound transaction).

Our exciting business model quickly attracted additional experts from the world of recruitment, design, accounting, law, the internet and technology.

Although we remain rightly keen not to be perceived as arrogant, glib or busy-body know-alls (!), our strong belief is that we have outstanding expertise in each of the key areas required to launch & support any recruitment business.

With so much hard earned experience to hand, we are confident that we can handle almost any recruitment & business situation – offering a combination of flair, ability and humility.

What ever we have become since 2003 & what ever we have been fortunate to have achieved as individuals, our team ethos is entirely focussed on the certain knowledge that starting any business is a difficult and sometimes scary process. Our job is to support and guide those brave and determined souls who decide to take up the challenge.
