What we do is completely unique. To date, we have found no other provider of our service. Lots of other excellent organisations offer elements of what we do but no one has ever committed the resources required to replicate what we do – day in, day out, year after year after year. There are numerous great business incubators, hundreds of super design houses and probably millions of accountants, lawyers, technical experts & recruitment guru types! But, there is only one offering which we know off where they can all be found simultaneously….. Of course, being ‘unique’ is not in itself a guarantee of quality (as owners of a Sinclair C5 or a pair of tartan flared jeans would probably confirm) but it does give us a head start within the recruitment industry. OK – let’s be 100% clear about our service & our business philosophy. After all, we are a little unusual, we accept that! Philosophically, we do not believe in ‘up front’ fees, fixed monthly costs or hidden extras. Our enthusiasm for differing levels of ‘service’ (e.g. Gold, Silver, Bronze etc) is non-existent. We loathe the idea of a franchise service (sorry to all of those excellent providers out there but it just isn’t our cup of tea) & we just can’t operate without a genuine feeling that we are part of a mutually respectful & beneficial relationship. All that we want to do is to provide a great service and enjoy a transparent, open and respectful relationship with our recruiter clients. What this means is that we will happily launch a new business for an experienced recruiter at no charge. This free service forms part of our investment. It is our risk. If we are wrong about the ability & determination of the recruiter who we decide to work with, then tough! We have to accept the cost of our mistake - that’s just part of life. Once that business is successfully launched, we then provide a comprehensive range of on-going support facilities to that Company. We make our money by charging a percentage of the recruitment fees of our new client. We make a profit if we are right more often that we are wrong and if we can take commercial advantage of the basic economic law of diminishing marginal costs! The exact percentage fee that we charge varies depending upon the type of recruitment business which we support, but our Service Charge is never more than 30% (i.e. you will always retain at least 70% of any billings) & is usually less. To pin us down on fees, you will need to talk to us, but as a start, take a look at the ‘Small Print’– you will probably be pleasantly surprised! If we haven’t yet entirely lost your interest & you are happy to ignore the following dreadful mix of metaphors, why not sort some more wheat from the chaff, clear the wood from the trees & dig a little deeper into our two-phased offering (i.e. the launch & the on-going support)?
