SSG is a unique Recruitment Incubation & Support organisation. Since 2003, we have launched well over 130 Recruitment Companies working with budding recruitment entrepreneurs who were keen to take advantage of our entirely free Business Launch service.

We undertake an extensive and investment-free ‘launch’ process for our recruiter clients & then provide an outstanding range of ‘on-going’ support services for those new ventures – ensuring that each new recruitment company has all of the tools required to trade successfully.

We generate our income only by charging a percentage of our client’s on-going recruitment revenues. Therefore, our motivation is clear - unless we provided all of the supports necessary for our clients to be successful, SSG would make nothing & we would be out of business and back to the drawing board. These facts really help SSG to focus on what our clients actually need us to do, as you can imagine!

So, in a nutshell - we identify experienced recruiters keen to make the transition from employee to business owner. We then launch a new business for that recruiter, free of charge. We then provide all of the supports that any recruitment company needs to be successful. Finally, we only charge a fee based on a percentage of the placement fees invoiced by our clients (i.e. the ‘headline’ 70% / 30% split to which we so often refer). No placements, no SSG fees.

How simple is that?! We did promise brevity, but I guess at this stage you are perhaps both curious and a little suspicious? Too good to be true? What’s the catch? Why would they do that? All good thoughts & reasonable instincts to be sure.
